Product Overview
This custom heat sink combines copper heat pipes with an aluminum zipper fin assembly for efficient heat transfer and heat dissipation.
The copper heat pipes are installed into CNC-machined grooves in the aluminum base and bonded by reflow soldering. Heat is transferred through the heat pipes to the zipper fins, where the large fin surface area helps dissipate heat into the surrounding air.
The heat pipe layout, base dimensions, fin geometry, and surface treatment can be customized according to customer requirements.
