Awind hardware Corporation was established in 1999. We specialized in R&D and manufacturing of heat sinks. Located in Dongguan City. Our factory cover an area of 20000㎡, over 300 workers. We have 2 sets reflow soldering oven, 2 sets vacuum brazing oven,3 sets skiving machines, 20 sets 3 to 5 axisCNC milling machines, 18 sets stamping machines, etc.

Our team can provide you perfect one-stop service. We have an expert lab for calculating thermal resistance, which can help customer optimize the design to higher performance. Our engineers team have more than 20 years of professional experience and designing skills to provide best solution for thermal module. We have complete testing equipment include CMM, Projector, flatness measure, roughness measure, helium leaking testing equipment etc.

We are well-known for new products development capability and production capacity of thermal module.
