Appearance inspection:
Awind will inspect the appearance of the liquid cooling plate to ensure that it is flat, no scratches, no burrs, and the size meets customer requirements. The hole spacing and depth will be inspected to meet the accuracy requirements.

Functional testing:
Helium detection:
Helium testing is a testing method that involves vacuuming the inspected workpiece and filling it with helium gas at a certain pressure. The outside of the inspected workpiece is a vacuum box with a certain vacuum requirement, which is connected to the leak detection port of the helium mass spectrometer.
If there is a leak in the inspected workpiece, the helium gas leaked into the vacuum box can be measured by a helium mass spectrometer leak detector.
Leakage test:
Close the water outlet of the water-cooled plate, then place the water cooled plate in the water tank, fill the inlet with gas, and check if there are any bubbles produced on the water-cooled plate. If not, it indicates that the water-cooled plate has good sealing performance.
Water immersion ultrasound:
Immersion ultrasound, through the regular arrangement of piezoelectric energy exchange elements and the control of the emission time and phase of each element, achieves the dynamic change of beam position and direction without changing the probe. It has the advantages of short detection time, high detection efficiency, less wear of the probe, high automation, and a detection coverage rate of 100%.The specific situation of the liquid cold plate flow channel can be clearly seen, ensuring the smoothness of the liquid cold plate flow channel.
