The aluminium cooling plate is using pressure tube process. Firstly, CNC is used to create an aluminum groove on the coldplate which made of aluminum, and epoxy is filled into the groove. Then the corresponding copper pipes are placed in the aluminum groove and pressed to form a flat and smooth surface between the copper tube and the plate.


Copper pipes can allow the liquid flowing on the aluminium liquid cooling plate to take away the heat. Epoxy can reduce thermal resistance and ensure heat transfer.
