Working principle of water-cooled plate:

The cooled water (or coolant) is circulated by the pump to absorb the heat from the heat source again. Water cooling does not need to be as noisy as wind cooling using the fan.

From the beginning, the temperature rises slowly, and the air cooling temperature rapidly rises to a stable value. When large-scale computing and power equipment have large-scale operations and other emergencies, the peak value may break through the upper limit of equipment temperature in an instant. Water cooling can well filter out this peak value to ensure the safety of the equipment.
