Thermal shock testing
In order to verify the quality of the product and the performance of the product, we will conduct a number of targeted tests on the product.
The thermal shock test on the heat pipe to evaluate whether the thermal performance of the heatsink with heat pipe is affected by the thermal shock.
The test steps are as follows:
1. Put the test sample into the thermal shock testing box.
2. The test parameters are set as follows: high temperature at 120°C for 5 minutes, low temperature at -40°C for 5 minutes, and the cycle is repeated 125 times.
3. After 125 times, take out the heatsink and record the situation.

There is no obvious difference in △T temperature between the thermal test data before and after the test.
