Vacuum brazed cold plate is a type of water-cooled plate, which is composed of two aluminum plates with the same specifications and sizes, namely aluminum substrate and aluminum cover plate. The bottom plate will be CNC machined with grooves and holes corresponding to the shape of the waterway. Then the bottom plate and cover plate are carefully sealed together in the vacuum chamber for heating. Connect the two plates with the internal channel and fin structure to form an internal flow channel.
