What is a liquid cold plate
The liquid-cooled plate is a plate shape heat sink, and the aluminum plate is processed to produce a flow path on its surface. The heat generated by the heat source of the plate surface is taken away by the continuous flow of coolant in the flow passage.
The water-cooled plates can be divided into different types according to the process, such as water-cooled plates with copper tube, friction stir welding water-cooled plates, vacuum brazing water-cooled plates, deep punching water-cooled plates, etc.

Working principle of liquid cold plate
The water-cooled plate is an important part of the radiator unit. The radiator unit is composed of water-cooled plate, coolant, water pump, connecting pipe, heat exchanger, etc. The aluminum plate of the water-cooled plate directly contacts the heat source to conduct the heat from the heat source to the aluminum plate (solid heat conduction from high temperature to low temperature). The coolant flows in the flow passage of the water-cooled plate and circulates continuously through the action of the water pump. Thus, the coolant can continuously carry away the heat produced by the heat source on the water-cooled plate surface, thus ensuring the temperature drop of the heat source, enabling it to operate normally and extending its service life.
What is the function of water-cooled plate
Today, with the growth of power density, modern equipment becomes more and more compact.
