How the liquid cooling plate works?

Liquid cold plate with flow channel inside, and the heat of the water cooling cold plate is taken away by the flowing liquid, so as to dissipate and cool down the heat source.

Cold Plate Technologies Include

Friction Stir Welding Liquid Cold Plate

The aluminum plate is processed into the shape of the water channel by CNC, and the cover plate is usually processed into the same style of the water channel, and then the cover plate is covered above the water channel, and the cover plate and the water channel are welded together by friction stir welding.

Vacuum brazing liquid cold plate

The aluminum plate is milled to the desired shape of the water channel by CNC, and then the whole aluminum plate is covered on the water channel, and the brazing material is coated between the cover plate and the aluminum plate, and it is baked in a vacuum brazing furnace.

Liquid cold plate with copper pipe

After the aluminum alloy plate is milled by CNC, the copper tube is buried in the groove, and then the gap is filled with thermal conductive glue.
