Heat transfer method

1) Heat pipe soldering solution demonstration:

For server CPU heat sink, thermal power 130 Watt, environment temperature 35 degree, customer require Tj temperature below 55 degree.

2) Water cooled solution demonstration:

For 2.5MW air-cooled inverter, thermal power 2200 Watt, environment temperature 35 degree, customer require Tj temperature below 70 degree.

3) Sun-flower solution demonstration:

For computer CPU heat sink, thermal power 110 Watt, environment temperature 35 degree, customer require Tj temperature below 80 degree.
