Liquid cooling plate
Principle of liquid cooling: In a closed liquid circulation device, the liquid is flowed by the pump. During the liquid flowing on the heat source, the heat was taken by the liquid. Finally, the liquid is returned to the pump and circulate again and again.
Due to high cooling performance, the thermal conductivity is 20 times than air cooling, can solve hundreds or thousands of KW heat problems. Wildly used in Laser, Military, Medical, Power electronic, Industrial equipment and etc.
